                This’ll shut him up!  The AWL Commissioner has absolutely had it with Victor’s complaining about losing his IC Title Match at the Golden War.  This is an ultimatum.  If Frederick Victor wins, he gets his damn World of Sport IC Title Match at AWL 240.  If not, he will be BANNED from challenging for the AWL Intercontinental Championship for an entire YEAR!!
