HE’S BACK! Ladies and gentlemen, this morning the
Animated Wrestling League received a message via telegraph wherein Matt Classic
Sr. officially requested to be reinstated as a member of the AWL Roster!!
Way back at AWL 100, Matt
Classics chose to retire after defeating “Lightning” Mike Quackenbush for the
AWL World’s Heavyweight Championship. He
had announced his decision to retire at the beginning of that season and the title
match was the AWL Commissioner’s idea of a retirement present.
Now, seven and a half
seasons later, Matt Classic Sr. is BACK!
Because he retired of his own free will and never lost his career in a
match, the AWL Commissioner has ACCEPTED
MATT CLASSIC’S REQUEST!
Matt Classic Sr. will
make his official in-ring return THIS WEEKEND at AWL 251!
