fans, I have some bad news to report. Prince Puma was found injured
in the backstage area of the AWL Arena as he was packing to leave for
LA to compete at the Lucha Underground Season Finale: Ultima
Lucha. The Lucha Underground Champion has been rushed via Dario
Cueto's private jet back to the United States for both medical
treatment and to prepare for Ultima Lucha. We have the security
camera footage and hope to bring that to you this weekend at AWL 144.
Unfortunately,
that means that he will not be available to compete for the AWL World
Light Heavyweight Championship this weekend. The AWL Commissioner is
NOT happy about this and has had several telephone conversations with
Mr. Cueto about this. But El Jefe is not budging. He want's to
protect, not his wrestler, but his main event.
The
AWL World Light Heavyweight Championship WILL be defended this
weekend. The AWL Commissioner has called in some favors to toss
together this #1
